In 1959 the brothers Romeo, Pietro, Augusto Galimberti founded a family company in Med, not far from Milan. At first they were producing soft furniture. But very soon the company was joined with progressive manufacturers. Cini Boeri worked on Flexform orders; some of the projects were realized by Sergio Asti, Rodolfo Bonetto and even famous Joe Colombo. The bright models brought fame,, but not profit. For that, soon they went away from radicalism choosing more perspective authors: architect Antonio Citterio and Paolo Nava. Just thanks to him Flexform products got precise structure. Citterio till now is the Art-Director of the company. He teaches his customers to think king-size, offers giant sofas and tables, storage places.
