the furniture company was founded in 1870 in England by Jonathan T. Brett. It is involved in manufacturing articles in classic style. Each model is handmade from oak tree, wall-nut tree or Red tree. For finishing, hand done curving, polishing, gelding, decorative coloring is done. The factory realizes the projects of its own design studio, and sometimes carries out classic model replicas. For example, in the collection Entertainment articles are presented in the style of Chippendale, colony style (George II) and others. Nowadays the company is headed by Edward Brett, grandson of the founder. In March 2008 the company McLaren Interiors Ltd. (is a part of McLaren group). It manufactures and supplies top-level furniture under the brand David Salmon.
