ON PREPROJECTED STAGE THE CUSTOMER’S SERVICE PROVIDES:          

• study of construction area
• consulting the investor and specialists of civil authorities
• study of the possibilities for getting the permission documents
• preparing all the necessary documents and initial data for the start of projecting, including:

- main practical document licensing the projecting and construction. - town-planning conclusion
- sketch No. 1
- sketch No. 2 (the land draft, considering the engineering load)
-  geological base
- construction certificate
- technical conditions for connecting to civil net-initial data on ecology, engineering geology, technical condition of existing building, task for projecting
•concordance of initial-permitting documents set, with all possible actions for minimizing the Customer’s expenditures.
 •preparing and holding the tenders among projecting companies for general planner definition, and subcontracting organizations as well.
 •preparing agreements with projecting organizations.
•preparing the tender documentation, organizing and holding a tender for defining the general contractor of construction works and subcontracting organizations as well.
 •preparing agreements with general contractor and subcontracting organizations.
