Gencontract (general contract)

The Company “Domosvet” offers its services of technical customer, general contractor of the construction, services on managing the construction projects and technical supervision. We carry out the general contract on the construction, repairs and projecting according to the standards of established Legislation of Republic of Armenia, as well as rules and resolutions established by the municipality of Yerevan city, accounting of the standards of  construction security and environment protection.

Gencontractor of construction

The function of gencontractor of construction implies the set of works on managing the construction projects and organization of the construction processes. It includes making up the technical task and estimate documentations, budget calculations, full financial management in the frame of estimate, elaboration of the drafts, planning the dates of completing the project and the necessary construction works, engineering, defining the technology of construction-mounting works and others. Our company successfully cooperates with respectful construction and expert laboratories of Yerevan.

Acting as a technical customer, our company presents the investors’ interest and carries out all the necessary from above mentioned jobs as to its request. For regulating all the conditions and functions of the parties a contract is signed with the investor on providing services to the technical customer.

We realize most of the works with our resources, but depending on the scale of construction, sometimes a necessity arises of involving the third organizations or specialists (so called subcontractors) under corresponding contract. Those can be different construction material producers, with whom we have reliable, experienced by years, cooperation. Within the frame of completing the gencontract we take care of the control over and coordination of works, carried out by subcontractors.
